Both! At Simply LaMayed Custom Decor, we design and install custom decor for residences, offices, restaurants, hotels, events, and more. Our team brings creativity and professionalism to every project, offering the flexibility and expertise to style any space beautifully for the season or occasion.
Installation times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Most installs are completed within 7 hours. If it’s your first working with us, setup may take a bit longer as we get familiar with your space and fine-tune the layout for future seasons.
For the best selection and pricing, it is recommended to start the process 4-6 months in advance. For larger commercial installs even sooner if requesting large items.
We decorate for all seasons and holidays with enough notice to curate the decorations.

Your presence isn’t required, but you’re always welcome to be home. For efficiency and safety, we ask that pets be kept in a secure area during service. Fewer people on-site typically allow our team to work faster and more smoothly.
Yes. Our takedown period runs from January 2nd through January 20th. We schedule by area to complete all removals efficiently within this time frame. Please note that weather conditions, such as snow or ice, may occasionally cause slight delays.
Absolutely. SL Custom Decor is fully insured and carries liability coverage for all projects. If you need a Certificate of Insurance (COI), just let us know. we’ll be happy to provide one.
Yes, for corporate clients who choose a leasing plan, we offer secure storage. All decor is carefully packed in bins and stored in our warehouse until your next installation, ensuring everything stays protected and ready to use.
We offer flexible options to fit your needs and budget. You can choose to have decorations rented for a single season or for our corporate clients we offer a lease for a three-year term.
